Sea Breeze Escape - Resort Condo in Runaway Bay

The condo was absolutely immaculate, the beds comfortable, and the location great! We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers, 16, 14 and 12. The space was perfect for us and having the 2 bathrooms upstairs plus the powder room downstairs was truly ideal. The beach was beautiful, the pool was refreshing and the staff were friendly and accommodating. If you have younger kids, there are many activities geared towards keeping them occupied and having fun. The nannies seem to truly like kids and the activities staff is super engaging, even to adults. My own kids didn't get a lot out of the activities. I would urge anyone with teens to bring snorkel gear, tennis rackets and a basketball pump, as the property is great for all these activities although the equipment at the resort is not great. The snorkeling opportunities were absolutely amazing right off the beach. We didn't do all-inclusive every day, but the host was super helpful and provided a wealth of information before and during our stay to help us navigate. Even without all-inclusive, the staff was committed to helping and accommodating any way they could and arranged many things we could pay for "a la carte". Another huge plus is the location as there are many excursions within a reasonable driving distance that my kids loved and that the staff helped us to arrange. I would highly recommend this space for a safe, clean and friendly atmosphere in the breathtaking environment of Runaway Bay!

This is a clean, spacious, well-appointed condo in an established family-owned and family-oriented resort in Runaway Bay, Jamaica. We have stayed at the resort before, but this is the first time we stayed via VRBO. I loved the idea of not having to pay the all-inclusive costs since I knew we would spending a lot of time visiting friends and family off the resort during our trip. The condo is two-stories, with two bedrooms and three baths. The secondary bedroom is large with three beds (a queen and two singles). The master is very large and has a king, a desk, and nice window seat. There is a large balcony off the living room with chairs that my older son loved to hang out on for hours at a time. The unit also has all of the amenities you will need - high end pots and pans, dishes, a coffee maker (with filters provided), a microwave, bed linens, towels, TVs, clothes iron, hair dryers, a safe, etc. and everything is clean and works well. I have no complaints at all about the unit or our stay. The only thing I would bring up is that you need to bring your trash downstairs (the owner's sign says you can leave it outside your door) and some of the furniture is a bit old, but its not a concern, just an observation. Robert, the owner, communicated with me very quickly and we loved the unit and the resort (since we have been there before, we knew what to expect). You can even opt-in to the all-inclusive benefits if you prefer to do that for an extra fee! I would definitely stay here again.
