• No pets allowed (Property policy)
• Maximum of 4 registered guests are allowed to check-in.
• Pay parking in front of Tower 5 entrance on a first come, first serve basis or pay parking inside SM North Edsa Mall with walking distance from the unit.
• Please maintain the cleanliness of the unit during your stay
• Cleaning is done upon every check in and out only. Cleaner during your stay is upon request with extra cost.
• Kindly switch off electric appliances if you’re not using them.

• For security purposes, please present authorized “Guest form” to the building security.

- Do not leave your things unattended.
- Drop the key to the mailbox and inform the contact person
