From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2 vehicles in winter.

Perfect for 5 sisters attending our Nieces wedding in The Spruces. The Inn was under construction- repaving the walkways. We were off-season so not many other people around

My experience started with great communication from Nicole at Cottonwood Lodging(CL). This is my first time working with CL and I will definitely use them again. The home was super clean and well appointed. Perfect base camp for summertime canyons hiking/biking/running/fishing. 10/10 !!

We had a great stay! Quiet neighborhood. Host very communicative! Fully outfitted kitchen, super comfortable beds, wonderful linens and towels. Loved the shampoo too. Super convenient to have a garage.Awesome to be so close to the lifts for summer hiking.
