The property is a split residence with tenants living downstairs. The only shared area is the driveway, while the property features a private entry, ensuring you can fully enjoy your stay peacefully and privately.

Palm Beach Penthouse is perfect in every way - the views are unbelievable, the property itself is really beautifully designed to take advantage of the view from almost every room; appliances, furnishings and linen are all of the highest quality. The communication with the property manager and concierge was outstanding, they were both very helpful and so accommodating of our needs. I cannot fault anything about this place. We will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting the best house in the best location with the best service!
