Sea Rose Cottage offers two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bedroom one is a queen size bed, bedroom two offers two twin beds Linens included. The bath provides a shower stall - towels included. The living/kitchen space offers a stove, microwave, coffeemaker & filters, and full size fridge. The living room offers a pullout full-size couch and TV. Peakaboo views of both Popham Beach & Atkins Bay can be seen from all windows.

Very comfortable,but no lobster pot. When in Maine eat lobster.

Check in was smooth. Description showed 2 rooms, one with one bed, the other with twin beds. The second room only had one bed so we had to make some adjustments. Fortunately the sofa in the living room was comfortable but that person had to walk through another bedroom to get to the bathroom from the kitchen/ dining area. Other wise in terms of location it was perfect. No lobster steamer pot, though. I recommend this location as long as the sleeping situtation works for you / your group.
