Ride to the local bars/ restaurants, shops and festivals like the Stone Crab Jam!

Relax with a cocktail at the bar seating overlooking the canal and watch the manatee and fish swim by. One of the property's best features is the summer kitchen with a tiki hut
This property has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The second floor has the master as well as the guest bedrooms and guest bathroom. There is also a large media room with a big screen TV and comfy media chairs for movie night!
Please keep in mind if you have mobility issues, all bedrooms are on the second floor.

The house was so clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there & will definitely stay again. The boat dock was easy to tie up to, the dock was nice and easy to get on and off of. The pool and spa were very well maintained and nice to have after a long day on the river. We used the outdoor kitchen every night for dinner. The host was so helpful and responsive! Overall 10/10

Great property! When renting we had two criterias when searching form a property it must have a pool and a boat dock for our boat. This property exceeded our expectations as well as Rebecca the hosts communication. We were 6 adults and are planning next years trip. We usually look for a new location, however we are seriously considering this property again next year. I highly recommend this property, it's was an amazing trip.

House was great. Met all our needs. Outdoor kitchen was awesome. Ate out there every day. The pool and Jacuzzi were immaculate. Rebecca was very accommodating and responsive to questions. We go to Crystal River every year and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Will definitely return again.
