Welcome to Valley Views a unique and spacious two-story holiday home with breathtaking views of Second Valley’s rolling hills and stunning coastline. This rare gem is nestled on a large 1400sqm allotment and backs onto expansive farmland, offering a peaceful and private escape.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home is designed for relaxation and entertaining. The property boasts generous living spaces both upstairs and downstairs, each opening onto spacious balconies that are ideal for year-round enjoyment.
Ideal for families, friends, or a romantic getaway, this coastal retreat offers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure, with the beach only a short drive away.
Some of the key features you will love Reverse cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort, combustion fire for those chilly nights, two separate living areas, and modern appliances including a dishwasher and coffee machine. Free wifi and instant gas hot water.

Bed Configuration: 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 guests – 1 x King, 1 x Queen and 1 x Double.
Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms (inc bath).

Facilities: Garage, Gas cooker, fridge freezer, laundry facilities, dishwasher coffee machine -Breville, Bean Machine (Beans NOT Supplied)

Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)

Positives:
Very doggy friendly, enclosed large yard.
Overlooking beautiful fields and the ocean beyond.
Quiet and relaxing, a very peaceful location. A short drive to the pretty second valley beach and small store.
Large veranda with beautiful views.
Log fire for colder evenings.
Well equipped kitchen.
Two living areas - helpful for families.
Negatives:
No air con in two bedrooms downstairs
No outdoor dining table and chairs for alfresco dining
No mirrors in bedrooms
Steep driveway and yard overall, not great for anyone with walking issues/ pushchairs (not an issue for us).
A parasol and beach chairs would have been appreciated.
