Sitting directly on the Atlantic Ocean, Pelican Grand Beach Resort boasts breathtaking views and instantly surrounds guests with a sense of old Florida grandeur. From elegant beachfront dining at OCEAN2000 or a ride in our Lazy River, our 500-foot private beach resort is the perfect setting for families, groups, or a romantic getaway.
Resort Fee:
By reserving through VRBO the resort fee is discounted from $60.00 per day to $19.00 per day. This includes full access to all resort amenities, it will not include daily houskeeping. You may inquire at the resort to add housekeeping services for an additional fee
Self-parking is not available on-site.
Valet service is offered and separate from unit rental:
Overnight Parking for Standard Vehicles: $62 plus tax per night
Overnight Parking for Oversized Vehicles (e.g., large SUVs, trucks): $70 plus tax per night
What to Bring:
Upon arrival, please present a valid photo ID, credit card, and your reservation confirmation. A $150 incidental hold per day will be placed on your credit card at check-in. This is a temporary authorization and will be released after checkout, provided there are no additional charges.

The beach view was amazing! And access to the beach was so nice. My 5 year old loved the beach and the lazy river. Downsides were that the room wasn’t super clean: trash on balcony and hair in the shower. The room could use some basic maintenance. Additionally, there are no nearby restaurants or stores so you have to either eat on property, get a taxi, or order food in. The food options are pretty limited.

Great location right on the beach. Never got tired of the heated pool and lazy river. Excellent food and snacks served poolside or Oceanside.

Our room was so beautiful, big, modern, and spotless!! Ocean view with balcony. Such a beautiful place.

The room was dirty. It still had someone’s nose spray in it. There was still dental floss pics on the bathroom floor along with here in the shower the main restaurant needs help with staffing. The Emporium is cute but extremely overpriced and one of the women were not very friendly. Most of the stuff was very nice at the pool. The woman that was serving was extremely nice the stuff that would help you to your chairs at the pool was extremely nice as well as the people on the beach there are some who just need some help with customer service being friendly. We’ve been going to this property for 15 years. It was disappointing to see the room dirty and in the lazy river, they did not clean it daily and there was still food containers left along the lazy river. The location of the property is great.
