Comfort and convenience at a great location! The property managers have always provided great customer service and have taken care of any needs that arise. The condo is close to shopping and many restaurants. You can't beat the ocean views and sunsets from the balcony every night! Looking forward to next summer!

Splendid location, just at the beach.
The flat is a bit run down and some of the furniture was old, heavy and not very neat and functional. The furniture at the balcony was 60% wrecked and dangerous to use.
So there is a need for an upgrade.
The carpets in the bedrooms were not very pleasent and there were carpet staples sticking up at several places so you had to put towels on the floor in order to protect your feet from painful sharp nails.
Aircond did not work so well in the master bedroom.
But the size and layout of the flat was nice.
During one of week we were there, several of the other flats changed there windows and tiles so there was one week with heavy construction from 0815 in the morning to 5 pm in the afternoon. That was rather annoying.
Beach was beautiful and the property was nice and very pleasent.
