The house is located on the banks of the Sabinal River on 1.6 acres, just minutes from Main St. in Utopia, Texas. The perfect vacation home to enjoy an abundance of fun outdoor activities such as fishing, swimming, canoeing and bird watching. A short 15 minute drive to Garner State Park and also Lost Maples State Park making it great for day trips.

The house is located near the banks of the Sabinal River on 1.6 acres, just minutes from Main St. in Utopia, Texas. It's the perfect vacation home to enjoy an abundance of fun outdoor activities such as fishing, swimming, canoeing and bird watching. If you enjoy fishing, you'll be pleased to know that the clear waters of the Sabinal River are stocked in February with rainbow trout and yearly with catfish while several species of bass and perch are common catches year-round. If you enjoy wildflowers, springtime is gorgeous. After a long day of enjoying the outdoors, there's no better place to wind down than in the peace and quiet of the Texas Hill Country.
