Outside, you’ll find a small outdoor space 🌞, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing on warmer days.
🚶♂️ Parking is located about 1.1 km from the property (16 minutes on foot).

• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.
⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).
🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the period) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

• We kindly ask you to follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be charged.
