C109 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, deluxe Garden view condo with AC. There is a king size bed. C109 has laminate flooring throughout the condo. The newly remodeled kitchen has a range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc. There is a stand up shower in the bathroom. The condo is decorated with a tropical theme. It opens from the lanai directly to the courtyard for quick enjoyment of our putting green, tennis & pickleball courts, pool, and seaside.

The apartment is really big, super comfortable, it has its own terrace and it also has a pool facing the beach. It has free parking and the location is perfect tonget anywhere in the island in a short time. Super easy check in and check out and the house has all the meeded amenities.
