This is a perfect family home with a sparkling pool and grassy backyard! Gilbert is one of the best addresses in Arizona with family friendly things to do, parks, baseball, a fun filled downtown Gilbert and easy freeway access to the entire metro Phoenix Area.
Step inside to a contemporary home with lots of surprises and private spaces that everyone will enjoy. The living room and dining room combo is first with a cozy sectional and dining table that can double as a game or puzzle table and even has a piano should you wish to do a little entertaining.
To the left is the gourmet kitchen with a massive island for food prep or just hanging out. There is a breakfast table and Keurig DUO coffee station which allows for drip or pod coffee. The family room with super sized sectional, massive SmarTV and views to the backyard oasis.
The popular split floor plan has the master on one side or the house and the other bedrooms on the other. The master has a walk in closet, walk in shower, double sinks and even a chandelier. The king bed is super comfy has is made with luxurious sheets. There is a SmarTV for watching from bed and a special surprise reading nook for curling up in the egg chair with a good book.
Down the other hall you will find 2 queen bedrooms with SmarTVs and shared bath. The 4th bedroom/office is in the center of the home, offers a queen bed, office desk and chair and has a privacy curtain for sleeping. Property could use some cleaning and updates. There was no toaster. Found a couple of popy diapers under one bed and between cushions in the living room couch.

This property was clean ; well maintained & had all that's required for a comfortable stay. We stayed here for a week & we had our 8 month old ; toddler with us. This house had portable playpen ,high chair ,small board games & all that's required for a family ! I would call this
“home away from home” & we will definitely stay here again when we get a chance. Excellent maintenance & quick response from the Elite team.

Upon arrival all carpets were wet, causing floors to be slippery (not fun when you have elderly family staying), had to turn on fans and open all windows, garage door was broken and would not lock so had to lock door between garage and house, not a comfortable feeling staying in a home that was not totally secure. Fan in one spare bedroom was so wobbly we couldn’t turn on so that bedroom stayed wet longer. Spare bedroom tub faucet backwards so took cold shower until figured it out and then almost got burnt. Fan on patio is old and warped so can’t use, self closing mechanism at patio door to pool did not work and no pool fence…thank goodness we didn’t have littles with us…only a couple towels were in the homes, property management co sent towels via Amazon so had to do laundry but only had enough detergent to do 2 loads. Some random guy showed up to fix a blind which we didn’t even know was broke..showed up on wrong day but was rude to me. There is no spices…not even salt/pepper which was shocking so bring your own. I could go on and on. I stay frequently in rentals and have never encountered or had to deal with so much during a short 3 days. The home is nice and fit our family and property management company is extremely responsive and attentive to needs..so if you book just know they will respond with any issues you have.
