Valet Parking Fee: $64.20 per night (Optional). No overnight Street Parking.
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
There will be a link that you need to fill out to provide your card information for the below.
- $500/night damage deposit authorization (This is not an actual, only an Authorization hold for incidentals)
4. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ROOM
STRICTLY NO Smoking in the hotel or the room. Minimum of $500 will be incurred if guest smokes in the room

Location on the water was exactly what we needed so we didn't have to rent a car or find parking. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the reserved chairs on the beach that are included are what really makes it special! Apartment is a part of the W hotel so the service is top notch. Plenty of space in the apartment for us three girls to eat, visit, and sleep. Management is very responsive and kept up with us throughout the weekend. We will definitely come again!
