Villa "Smeraldo", surrounded by trees. 16 km from the centre of Siracusa, 4 km from the centre of Floridia, in a secluded, sunny position, 18 km from the sea. Private: property 500 m2, swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 140 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 13.Jun. - 03.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, bus stop "Floridia" 4 km, sandy beach "Fontane Bianche" 15 km. What an amazing and beautiful place to stay! The villa and its surroundings are heaven. The rooms are air-conditioned and every bedroom has a bathroom. The Villa was exceptionally clean. The pool was overlooking an orange orchard with a marvelous view. The owner and her brother were great and helped a lot. A car is recommended to move around. Maltese guests :)
