Stay with Seabrook Exclusives Rentals at 1383 Pelican Watch, a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront villa on Seabrook Island. This popular first floor, end unit boasts lots of natural light, tranquil water views from a private covered deck and is only a short walk from your villa straight to the beach. Great value for money on Seabrook Island!
The bench seat in the living room is a great spot to cozy up with a book, take an afternoon nap or stream your favorite movies on the Smart TV with great WiFi, digital Comcast cable and a DVD player. The sofa is a sleeper to accommodate two extra guests. The kitchen is well-equipped and fully stocked for in house dining with a washer/dryer off the kitchen in the pantry for your convenience.
The master bedroom has extra windows with lots of natural light and features a king bed, TV and private bathroom with a tub/shower. There is a second full bath in the hallway with a stall shower.

Pool Access: Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

We always love staying in Pelican’s watch. This was our first stay at this unit. The host did an amazing job at responding promptly to an issue that we had with the TV. They went above and beyond by replacing it. The views were amazing. The corner unit is awesome because you get to enjoy more of the view. We saw deer daily. My son loved the oversized cushioned window seat. He actually used it as a bed. We will be back.
