Spend your next Seabrook Island vacation at this beachfront, upper level Pelican Watch villa! This 1 bedroom, beautifully furnished villa accommodates 2 guests and is perfect for a couples getaway just steps from the beach and recreational facilities at the nearby Seabrook Island Club.
This cozy beachfront villa is carpeted and well-appointed with high quality, coastal themed furnishings and a 40" flat screen smart TV. The sofa is not a sleeper. The well-equipped kitchen features new, modern appliances and is well-stocked with all you need for your vacation with a laundry center in the pantry for your convenience.
The master suite is handsomely furnished with a traditional, queen rice 4 poster bed, 32" smart TV and a desk and printer in the alcove with quality WiFi should you need to stay connected. The ensuite bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, plus there is a second full bath with a stall shower located in the hallway.
The living room slider door to the outdoor deck has been upgraded with built-in blinds for privacy and shade on hot sunny days. The deck features a table and chairs where you can enjoy the ocean breezes and tranquil water views!
Pelican Watch rentals boast a beachfront location where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Edisto River inlet, only a short distance from the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

This was a perfect beach vacation. I saw dolphins from the balcony one of the days were were there. It was so quiet, I never heard any of the neighbors. Having the beach a short walk out our backdoor was great. Shopping and food options are not far outside the neighborhood gates and there was a good variety. There are a couple nature trails nearby, and we were able to find where the dolphins do their strand feeding behavior, and got to see that, too! (Thank you for including information about that in the welcome book!!) Everything in the house was as expected according to the description. I didn't want to leave!

The condo was very clean, well equipped, and the view was beautiful. We saw deer almost daily grazing in front of our unit. My only complaint is that it was a 190 yard walk (per welcome packet) to the beach. My family took pictures of the beautiful beach and prayerfully next year I will be physically able to walk it myself.
