The place was almost perfect for my family. The listing is accurate. The house is clean and pretty much has new kitchen appliances and bathrooms.I give 4-star to the cleanliness because the deck was not prepared for the guests. Leaves and small tree branches are on the floor. Nevertheless it is a decent place to stay, Steve was responsive. The house smells good.I also want to mention that the dryer took several cycles to dry the clothes. I don't know what is wrong but it seems like I was using it to dry delicates only. Maybe it needs gas if Arlington uses gas for dryers? With these imperfections I still will stay here when I visit DC in the future.

The house was great for our group of six. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Our host was very helpful and welcoming. I recommend this property.

House was great. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working but it was no fault of owner. Bedrooms were really good and beds comfortable. Would return if we go back to area

We enjoyed staying at this property. Clean and plenty of room for 4 adults. Very close to DC area and the airport which made traveling each day a breeze.
