This tastefully decorated, newly updated condo is located in desirable South Island and a short walk/bike to East Beach, the Pier, fun shops, unique restaurants, night life, live music, parks & playgrounds. Abundant Coastal wildlife, beautiful beaches and relaxing meanderings under the canopy of Live Oaks & Spanish Moss are sure to melt your stress away!

Newly painted with all new linens and Kitchen small appliances and dishes, cutlery, pots & pans and accessories for even the most discerning cook - but with so many fine restaurants within walking distance -you won't want to cook!! If you do stay in, the living area is super comfy, and cozy yet spacious. Fully equipped to sleep 5 comfortably with primary bedroom with a King Bed, and a second bedroom with a double and a single bed. New Washer and Dryer on the 2nd floor.
Entire Space is yours including Patio with table and chairs and a grill with a view of a pretty garden.
A shed off the patio has cushions for the outdoor furniture, extra folding chairs, 2 brand new 26" bicycles (April 2024) beach chairs, beach toys, 2 coolers.
The shared pool steps from the front door is open from April 1 - October 31.
Other Interesting Facts:
Take the short drive across the causeway to historic Brunswick which has many terrific restaurants and breweries and plenty of nightlife.
5.500 acre Jekyll Island is a 15-20 minute drive away where you will find the Georgia Sea Turtle Center, a 250 acre Historic Landmark District with 34 historic homes once called "Millionaire's Village, 10 miles of sandy beaches, camping, a golf course, a mini-golf course, Summer Waves water park, several great restaurants and of course the iconic Driftwood beach which is must see.

The just was very responsive prior to booking and kept us informed of local weather related issues during our stay, in real time. The property was as described, very clean. If you plan to do laundry, be sure to bring pods. (We always use pods but there’s a sign for pods only so I thought it was noteworthy). The property is located within minutes of the beaches on Saint Simon Island and I would guess maybe 30-40 minutes to the beaches on Jekyll (that’s with beaches on the northern and southern points). If you plan to go to Jekyll, you will have to pay 10 for entry but can do so by cash or card. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed in a couple states on our vacation and this was by far the most comfortable and we all rested best here! The weather wasn’t as cooperative as we had hoped but there is some sightseeing and lots of places to shop or look around. There are a few movie theaters and we caught ourselves visiting one of those. :) The condo number will match the parking space given. I don’t recall seeing the condo number listed anywhere else. There were clear instructions and pool access information posted on the side of the fridge. There was lots of info about things available in the vicinity at the end of the island on the wall. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing we would have done differently… stay longer!

Best location on the island! Local to shops, restaurants, and beach access points. Far enough away so it’s peaceful at night and not overloaded with traffic. We loved this place!

So peaceful and quiet. The condo was extremely clean and well cared for. The pool was a great little oasis when downtown seemed too crowded. Overall, just a wonderful time.
