The “Hollywood House” comes to you hosted by Sue and Tony. Enjoy not only a place to lay your head but a true EXPERIENCE. Our desire was to provide a place that will bring excitement to your long-awaited vacation or “stay-cation”. That’s right…does your group need some variety based on everyone's needs?
Designed by one of the best designers in the Orlando area, the Hollywood House accommodates both adults and kids alike.
Fully renovated, EVERY room has its own unique theme whether just a chic look OR a popular theme. This house may not be for everyone but for those that like “well done” and being spoiled with amenities…this one is for you. Read on to understand why.
This home is truly a FUN home with something for everyone. If you like to cook and/or grill, this home comes with a fully stocked kitchen and an outdoor grill (additional daily fee applies) so no need to wait for one to be delivered by an outside company. It will be there when you get there! Are you a movie buff? Experience our theatre room with a state-of-the-art sound system and plush seating. How about hours of fun in the air-conditioned Arcade Room with all the popular arcade games you remember from years past and PS4? You also can enjoy our pleasant pool atmosphere or simply relax downstairs in the main living room, and pair your device to our Bose sound system for your enjoyment. Whether some in your group are looking for the “park scene” or the “stay behind scene”, this house will accommodate both agendas. If this isn’t enough… Solara Resort Club is open to our guests and has a state of the art surfing pool, kids play pool, everyone pool, restaurant, gym, outdoor bars, volleyball court, soccer field, and basketball court plus much more.
Resort amenities, including clubhouse, pool, splash pad, and recreational facilities are managed by the HOA and maybe subject to temporary closures maintenance whether or limited hours without notice we are not able to guarantee availability.
There are (2) King Suites on the first floor as well as (2) King Suites on the second floor. Themed rooms include: Avengers with (2) sets of Twin over Full bunk beds, Minnie Mouse themed room with (2) twin beds, and a Mickey & Friends bedroom with (2) twin beds. The adult rooms are identified by there unique style and a popular movie of the past. This home can sleep up to 16 people.
The upstairs LOFT is where the brand-new THEATER is.
The garage area was renovated into an ARCADE room featuring Pac Man, NBA Jam, Fast & Furious Super Bikes, 2021 Golden Tee Golf and Terminator Salvation. Log into your own PS4 account, we do not provide PS4 games but you can use your own account for games.
We LOVE our house and we hope you will as well.

• Fully stocked kitchen for dining plus toaster, blender, coffee maker etc.
• Starter kit of Shampoo, bath soap, dish detergent, dish washer liquid, trash bags, paper towels

-This is not a party house, quiet hours will be strictly enforced.
-Do not move any furniture or appliances. Nothing is to be moved or modified in the home.
All persons MUST BE 25 years of age or older to stay in this property (this does not include children and young adults accompanied by their parents).
Our property is a high-tech, entertainment-focused space, featuring a wide range of modern amenities—including multiple arcade games designed for you to enjoy throughout your stay. While we take great care to keep everything running smoothly, occasional technical issues can arise that are beyond our control.
If something isn’t working—such as an arcade game, TV, pool heater, or any other electronic feature—please note that we’re unable to offer refunds for technology-related disruptions.
We appreciate your understanding as you enjoy all the features our home has to offer.
We do not provide Playstation games, guests must use their own accounts and games.
Cameras overlooking the driveway and side entrances. No other cameras are present in the home or swimming pool area.

We stayed here the week between Christmas and New Year’s with a large family group, seven adults and five children, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably, which made a big difference after long days at the parks.The kids especially loved the game room and looked forward to it every evening, and the hot tub was a great way for the adults to relax. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up for families.Tony was outstanding to work with, very responsive before booking and throughout our stay whenever we had questions. Overall, this home made our family trip easy, comfortable, and memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We stayed in March 2025 and the home was perfect for a family that wanted to relax by the pool as well as enjoy fun times together in the well stocked game room and comfortable theatre. Everyone said the beds were soooo comfortable which was important for those days spent standing in line at Disney. The host was very responsive and accommodated us in every way. Very much appreciated. Best family vacation we’ve ever had.
