Policy Notice: Bringing any undisclosed, unapproved, or unauthorized pets onto the property is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in an immediate fine of $500, charged without exception.
* Pool/Spa Heating Fee: $75 per night (Gas heated spa and pool combo)
For properties with both a pool and spa, please note that if pool heating is not selected, the spa will not be functional as a heated feature and will simply serve as an extension of the pool area.
Please note that due to the limitations of the electric pool heater, the pool temperature can only be increased by 15-20 degrees Fahrenheit above the coldest outdoor temperature of the day. For example, if the coldest temperature of the day is 50°F, the maximum pool temperature will be approximately 65-70°F. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay!
IMPORTANT: The pool temperature cannot be adjusted during your stay in case you change your mind.

Great house with lots of amenities. Here are some suggestions: Had to look around house to find towels since only 1 towel was in each bathroom. Some of the outlets didn’t work in the upstairs bathrooms. Blinds would be nice especially for the kitchen and living room area to the front side of the house. A shaded area for the pool if you wanted to sit outside during the afternoon. Currently, there are only 2 chairs available right outside the living room. Umbrellas would be nice. More floating devices for a house that accommodates 16 people. Currently 2. The garage is advertised as a playroom. Unfortunately, there were lots of items stored and behind covers which made it feel more like a storage area. The loungers are awfully close to the edge of the patio. Seems like a hazard. We understand the security features like cameras for your property. The camera directly overlooking the pool does not make one feel welcome. Certainly there are better locations to secure your property without infringing vacationers privacy. Hopefully this doesn’t feel mean spirited. We really enjoyed our stay and think it is a beautiful home with a lot of great features. Thanks.

Overall a very clean and beautiful home. Furniture and beds comfortable. Pool / hotub and backyard amazing!!! Our biggest complaint is none of the bathrooms had towel racks or hooks so you had to drape towels over things to dry.
