The Dream apartment is a nice apartment located on the first floor of a historic building. The portal of the building facing the August 31 street. Its location in the Old Town allows to enjoy its famous bars and restaurants and you can quickly reach the city center and La Concha and Zurriola beaches.

Very nice, central location, apartment is well equipped, double glas for the noise

We loved this apartment in the heart of Old Town. The only downside was that it was very hot and it was hard to keep the windows open at night because of the noise (there is a very popular restaurant across the street). If the windows are closed it’s very quiet, but in warmer weather it’s tough. Overall a very lovely apartment in a fun location.

Nicely located in the old part of town. As a consequence a lot of night life activity. Impossible to sleep with open window but acoustic insulation of the windows was very good. Old buildings with corresponding impact on tidiness…
If someone is not looking for a very calm location this is a very good place to stay.
