Welcome to "Poipu Palms #103". We just finished the process of completing an "extreme" renovation on this condo. This was not just a "redecorating", but a complete tear down and rebuild.
Everything inside this unit is now BRAND NEW! New walls, New floors, New kitchen, New appliances, New Bathrooms, New beds, new furniture, new paint, etc.
The location of this quaint little resort has always been one of the best on the island, but now that everything inside is new, this condo is one of the premier vacation rental properties on the island. Imagine watching a whale breach, or dolphins play right in front of you as you relax and sip a cocktail on the lanai of your very own ocean front condo in sunny Poipu on the south shore of Kauai,. If you've previously experienced a stay at one of the large resorts (with their large crowds), you will find this condo to be a very refreshing change of pace. The dramatic views from the condo are just amazing, and we also have an ocean front pool where you can relax and also take in the gorgeous views of the ocean. The location couldn't be better... halfway between (and within a walkable distance to) both of Poipu's main beaches (Shipwreck Beach and Poipu Beach). Also just a stone's throw to restaurants, shopping and the Grand Hyatt Hotel.
If you wish to experience living on the ocean while visiting Kauai, there simply is no better spot.

Great location - a short walk to everything in Poipu or a quick drive to Kōloa, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Great view right on the ocean with crashing waves.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything worked properly, there were no safety issues, and the pictures are accurate. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The pool and pool deck was wonderful, and we loved chatting with other vacationers. We surprisingly saw whales and dolphins from the lanai, and several turtles were typically in the water just below the pool deck. The location was fantastic, halfway between (and within walking distance to either) Shipwreck Beach and Brennecke’s Beach. Don’t miss Lava Arch either! I think this is the first VRBO I have stayed at where everything went smoothly… I wish they were all managed this well! We hope to be repeat customers in a couple of years. Mahalo, Chad!
