About this house rental
Relax by the lake in a quiet, deep-water cove on beautiful Lake Norman. Cape-cod style house on a large, shaded, gentle-sloping lot. Park your boat at the dock and enjoy the sun as you lounge on the large dock, or the additional deck area. Also a screened gazebo.
The house is located approximately fifteen minutes from Mooresville, NC where there are lots of restaurants, shops, movie theater, etc.
You can be in Charlotte, NC in approximately forty minutes.

We had a great experience staying here. The dock was beautiful and the fishing in the cove was a good. The house was very clean and comfortable would Def stay again. The owners were very direct with all the instructions and checked in on us a few times

We had a wonderful stay over the 4th after my son's camp pick up. The house was well stocked and very private! We will return!

Great property, everything was just as the description said it was. Mostly calm cove with nice dock, plenty of room for our 3 boats. Long driveway for our cars , quiet neighborhood. Will definitely be back if available when we plan our next trip. Communication with Christine ( host ) was excellent. She called us a couple times during our stay to make sure everything was good. Thanks for doing that
