Summary:
Enjoy staying in the heart of the 9th arrondissement with this spacious 2-bedroom apartment located on the 4th floor of a secure residential building (with an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.
The Space:
This is a well-proportioned apartment in an excellent location between the Madeleine and the Opéra. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds with superior quality mattresses and face the building interior. The bathroom is accessible via the hallway and features a shower, toilet and sink. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher and Cookworks coffee machine. A washer-dryer combo is available. The apartment is heated electrically throughout; please note there is no air conditioning.

Good to know before you book
Check-in is from 3:00 PM via self check-in, simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you're arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00 and 9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM to 12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We're flexible when we can be, just give us a heads-up!
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required for all bookings, collected in accordance with platform's policies. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
The apartment is non-smoking throughout. The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
Occasionally, management may need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We'll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
A few practical notes: Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. The lift operates normally in almost all cases but may periodically require brief maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible and minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Please reach out before booking if you have any questions about the cancellation policy.
Please note for reservations valued over €1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

The Neighborhood:
The area around Rue Vignon in the 9th arrondissement sits in a fascinatingly in-between part of Paris, equidistant between the Madeleine and the Opéra Garnier, in a neighbourhood of wide Haussmann boulevards, fine food shops and some of the city's most celebrated department stores. The Fauchon and Hédiard gourmet food shops on the Place de la Madeleine are just a short walk south, as is the beautiful neoclassical Madeleine church. To the north, the Opéra Garnier is equally close, with its grand cafés, the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps shopping centres, and a constant buzz of Parisian life.
The neighbourhood is also conveniently close to some of Paris's most historic covered passages, including the Passage des Panoramas and the Galerie Vivienne, both worth a wander. The Palais Royal gardens are a pleasant walk away, and the Place de la Concorde, the Tuileries and the Louvre are all reachable on foot or by a quick Métro ride. This is exactly what happens when you commercialise renting apartments, a lack of attention and forced process that do NOT have customers/ guests at the heart of operations.The good- great location - nice apartment tho a bit tired- Excellent hot water, high pressure shower.- lovely clean linens abd towels- nice large bedrooms that are separate from each other The bad - poor stocked kitchen where there is only one glass available - coffee maker with no pods or other forms of making coffee like a French press. Would have been nice to have a few- poor quality beds where support slats collapse in middle of the nightThe ugly - its no cool that you cannot collect keys from the apartment and have to go elsewhere to get them and return - huge security deposit that takes you out of Vrbo platform - its absolutely unacceptable that it takes 10days to refund

Apartment was in a great neighborhood, close to the metro, close to the sights and had many dining options close by.

Good: the location is close to great local restaurants and the metro is not far.Not so good: dirty utensils in the drawer, fans that either didn't work or started to smoke, electrical outlets that were hanging out of the wall (major risk if small children were present, a leaky kitchen sink (which I fixed during our stay) and a sofa that had a terrible odor.Bad: an 800euro security deposit is required to complete the reservation. It is to be refunded two weeks after your stay. Mine is now one week late. In total they have had my security deposit for over 90 days. That's criminal.
