Clean, roomy and just a beautiful house. It felt like a home and not a vacation rental

The house was great and clean. Good space with the living room and kitchen area. All beds were comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The only things to point out is they advertise two parking spots in the garage but their was only one due to items pin the way. The driveway was also a bit difficult to get out of if you have a large vehicle. There is no additional parking if you haveoee than three cars. Also, it was advertised the hot tub is cleaned everything Thursday. We got their on Friday and it didn't appear to have been recently cleaned. The jets also don't work. All in all great location and nice home.

The property was exactly as described. We were there for Thanksgiving with our daughter, son-in-law and 18 month old granddaughter. The kids were upstairs and we were on the main level! It was perfect. Our granddaughter loves to be outside and every day we were on the path walking to the park. Suncadia is such a friendly, well-planned development with lots to do. Had a little problem with their TV accessing regular scheduling for a football game but resolved it by signing into our streaming service. Highly recommend.
