Enjoy staying in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés with this modern 1-bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor of a secure residential building (with an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.



The Space:

Welcome to this modern 52 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on rue Guisarde in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Living Area: 1 double sofa bed. The apartment has a full bathroom.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Cookworks coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

The 6th arrondissement — Saint-Germain-des-Prés — is one of Paris’s most elegant and intellectually rich neighbourhoods. Once the home of Hemingway, Sartre, and Simone de Beauvoir, the area still retains a refined bohemian character: the famous Café de Flore and Les Deux Magots are here, alongside excellent bookshops, art galleries, and a superb food market on Rue de Buci. The Luxembourg Gardens are a short stroll away, and the Seine, the Louvre, and Notre-Dame are all within comfortable walking distance.

The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

We had an awesome stay here and would 100% book it again. The location is a total win—right in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, walking distance to pretty much everything. The neighborhood is super charming, packed with great cafés and restaurants, and there’s a solid grocery store about a block away that’s open late, which was clutch. The apartment itself is roomy, bright, and super comfortable. Easily fits a family of four without feeling cramped. Even though it’s on a lively street, the bedroom faces the courtyard, so it’s nice and quiet at night. The place is clean, modern, and cozy, with good beds, a comfy sofa bed, and a kitchen. The St Germain apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. To have a separate washer and dryer machine is a luxury in Paris and this apartment has it, plus a dishwasher and a full size refrigerator. The apartment faces a very lively street and it is true that at night it can be quite noisy. The bedroom however faces an inner courtyard so noise is not a problem. The location is absolutely great, a couple of blocks walk to Boulevard Saint Germain, one block to the Eglise de Saint Sulpice, you couldn't ask for a better location. There are some small details in the apartment that could be easily improved: the use of a fresh coat of paint and a little love for instance, the bathroom trash can didn't close properly and the kitchen counter was damaged. But it didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay at the apartment.

Close to the metro, numerous restaurants, and only a brisk 10 minute walk to either Notre Dame or to the Luxembourg Gardens.However the property lacked character. We have stayed in numerous VRBOs over the years and many are apts/houses were the owners clearly spend some time. As such, there are usually personal touches such as art, rugs, and other decorative objects that make the space feel like a home. This space presents as simply a plain, basic short term rental unit. If you are looking for a basic accommodation then this unit would suffice.Rental agency was responsive. Check in was easy.There were a few minor items (handle on the dishwasher, cracked mirror, bed had a loud squeak) that needed to be repaired. The apartment is located on a quaint side street that has numerous restaurants and bars. The only downside is that the street can be noisy at night. Bedroom is in the back of the unit and was quiet but if someone needs to sleep in the front room/living room there would be a good amount of street noise until midnight.

Great location, walking to the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, concerts at St Sulphice, restaurants, all good. Clean & safe. Bad Key Cafe, no AC, no shampoo, paper towels, kleenex, no shelf in the shower to hold soap, shampoo etc. No screens on windows.
