About this house rental
Apartment of 100 square meters on wooded land down to a small beach in one of the private coves near Marseille. The house can accommodate up to 7 people, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, w. separate c, large living room with fully equipped kitchen area; all overlooking a terrace facing south, facing the Mediterranean Sea. Stay calm in front of the sea, with the sailboats on the horizon and the squirrels on waking. Without being overlooked, the neighborhood is residential. A mini-bus serves the neighborhood to the center of the village where you will find all the shops, provide vehicle for all other trips, A baker (grocer) traveling passes in the neighborhood in the morning around 10am. The airport or TGV is only 25 minutes, Marseille capital of culture 2013, will welcome you every night with a show on the old port or in its old neighborhoods, where small restaurant will serve you their fish specialties. Possibility to visit the Calanques, the islands, the region 'Provence' and the Camargue. A Park of attraction on Ensuès la Redonne opened the summer; Departure for Corsica (at the port of Marseille) in 20 minutes. The location of the house is ideal for diving, canoeing, fishing, tranquility for tanning and rest.

We loved the view from the home. If you sit up in bed you can see the Mediterranean. The home had what we needed and was comfortable. The walk down to the house was a little rough with luggage and definitely hard for anyone with mobility challenges.
It is a really cool property with terraced stairs down to sea access. The Mistral winds were strong the week we visited so it limited our outdoor time. But we would definitely love to rent this same house in the future if possible. I’m so happy we stayed here

We were delighted with Mireille and Bernard’s apartment: it is very well-appointed and comfortable but most of all it has the most magnificent view and access to the sea - and the large terrace is fantastic. We were new to the area and found it absolutely enchanting - we definitely plan to return.

They say when renting a holiday there are only 3 things that matter, location, location , location. This apartment has uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean. We had a wonderful month.

We have a fantastic 2 week stay with our 3 teenage kids. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony and the 2 main bedrooms was spectacular! Being the top apartment of the 4 in the block gave us extra privacy! The kitchen was basic but adequate for a summer holiday. Parking was also fine giving the limited space and the busy period.. We will certainly be back!
