The accommodation features a bright and cozy atmosphere with simple furnishings. It consists of a small walk-through room equipped with a double sofa bed (160 cm) and a satellite TV. Additionally, there is a separate room with a French bed (160 cm). Both rooms provide access to the balcony.

The property offers a well-equipped kitchen/living room area with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. You can also access the balcony from this area. The house is equipped with a shower and a separate toilet. For your convenience, gas heating is available.
