In addition, we start you off with laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and sponge for the kitchen. * If you are staying longer than a few days you will need more of these items.
Shipyard requires gate passes for all vehicles to enter and must be purchased at the time of the booking. 10 St. John's may have up to four (4) passes. One Beach Parking pass is provided (April 15th-September 15th) per reservation.The Beach Parking pass provides for one parking space at one of the Beach Club parking areas. Also, a complimentary trolley makes runs from the Beach parking area to the Beach Club.
SHIPYARD is on over 800 acres and is located on the south end of Hilton Head Island. The recreational facilities include 27 holes of Golf and 20 Tennis Courts, Jogging and Biking trails, Health Spa and the beautiful Beach!

This was a beautiful clean home with an excellent location. The management was very accommodating, however, could not be reached on the weekend.The supplies for this home were inadequate and we had to purchase some items that we usually find in the homes we have rented.There were some issues with both bathrooms, but nothing that became a big issues for our time there.I was contacted by management and expressed these concerns and she was appreciative of the feedback and I'm sure they will take care of these items. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

This was such a wonderful home and location! The house was spacious enough for our large group. Ample bedroom and bathroom space! The home was spotless and the property manager was wonderful to work with. The neighborhood/community is nice and quiet with beaches and other popular spots within quick walking or biking distance! I plan on staying at 10 St. John's Place again in the future!

We had an incredible stay in Hilton Head. This 4BR retreat has everything you want in a vacation home and more. Every morning started with peaceful views, sometimes with coffee in the hot tub. The backyard is a private oasis.__The morning I was leaving, a huge majestic hawk perched on the porch outside my window. __The house was spotless and comfortable. The instructions for everything are clearly explained. The Kitchen is fully stocked and every detail was considered. __If you are traveling with family or have a group retreat, this is an excellent choice. __I will be staying again.
