• PETS: This home is not pet-friendly. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.
• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces. There is a smoking fine of $500.
• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 10PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.
• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.
• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. No other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.
• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.
• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.
• MAILS & PACKAGES: We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.
• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME
- Fireplace: The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is non-functional.
- Pool & Spa: The pool and spa is accessible to guests 24/7. The pool can be heated by contacting the host prior to booking and paying an additional fee of $100 per night to compensate for energy expenses.

House was the perfect size for our large golf group. Good location next to the airport. Nice amenities in the house too.

Below Average Home at Best!! Living areas had old and dirty rugs. Bathrooms were average with loose fixtures, missing fixture covers, holes in the walls, and tubs that were clogged during showers. Kitchen was average with cupboard door springs that didnt close, and garbage disposal that smelled of rotting food and didnt work. Pool area was dirty and not kept up with missing or loose tiles, pool and deck had multiple cracking issues, the waterfall never worked, and the Hot tub worked one of 5 days. Garage had broken furniture with lights only half working, exterior was in decent shape but backyard area was dirty with gravel on the patio and trip hazards laying around, old and frayed rugs, old furniture that was unusable. Outer lighting had bulbs out. Golf area was not what online pictures showed with flags that were torn and only a few of the hole lights were working. Pool furniture was dirty and Old with sun damage and tears.The host was in contact with us for problems but there was no urgency to make sure things were repaired or made right. Host blamed us for problems with hot tub and actually sent us a repair bill with no proof that we were to blame for hot tub issues, which we were not.This house should be takem off the VRBO property list until it is drastically updated and repaired. The amount of money we paid for our stay wasn't anywhere near what we expected or should have gotten. Below are just a few pics, we have many more.
