Great Buckroe Beach home, with three queen beds and two queen size convertible couches, this home comfortably sleeps 10. Fully outfitted kitchen and full sized washer & dryer. A foosball table and TVs everywhere! Less than a quarter mile walk gets your seat in the sand and toes in the water.

The house is an older remodeled home, which I loved…some older home features mixed with modern styling and amenities. It’s a short drive to the beach (we did drive the 3-4 blocks, rather than lug all of our beach things with two children in tow) and there is plenty of parking at the waterfront area. The neighborhood itself is quiet and residential. There seem to be some other houses being remodeled within the area, maybe to turn into rentals, as well. We drove to VA Beach several times to visit some attractions there…beware of the tunnel traffic. But that has absolutely nothing to do with this incredible home. We had just the right amount of space and everything we could need- bedrooms were very spacious, and everything was very clean.

Overall our stay was fine but for the future I would recommend that the lawn is cut weekly. The shower-head does not work in one of the bathrooms and needs to be fixed. There were quite a few bugs in the house especially upstairs. Please make sure the house is sprayed regularly. Also, placing air fresheners in the house in between occupancy will ensure that the house is attractive to guest. There was a broken lamp in the living room and the Roku remote volume does not work in the living room either.
Although my list is long overall our family enjoyed our visit and would recommend this location in the future. Thanks for your hospitality.
