About this house rental

A short distance from sledding, sailing, and more, this family-friendly vacation home lets you experience it all. North Eifel Nature Park is just steps away and Eifel National Park is within an easy 10-minute walk, so leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking.

Relax in the hot tub (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink in the garden of this 1076-sq-ft vacation home. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

As you settle into this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a BBQ grill, and a safe. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And you can even travel light because you'll have access to laundry facilities.

The house was newly renovated, clean, spacious & comfortable. The location was excellent, across a quiet street from a river and walking trails, while being a 10 min. walk to the centre of Gemund with several great restaurants/bars. The host family responded quickly to my messages and graciously forwarded a hat I had forgotten to one of my next accommodations. The few negatives were that I found the pillows uncomfortable and a few of the listed amenities were not present, such as a clothes dryer, an outdoor grill and a fussball game. We had packed and booked accommodation around the use of a washer/dryer so its absence was very inconvenient. The host offered the use of a dryer in another rental but we found a more convenient option. So, if a clothes dryer is important to you, make sure the promised dryer has been installed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house.

Having just returned from our visit to Gemuend, we can say that this house had everything. From a well-stocked kitchen to a brilliant selection of children's toys, there was nothing more we could have asked for. As regular self-caterers in Germany we have a lot of experience of holiday homes, and can safely say that this was the best we have stayed in. Recommended without hesitation.
