Home is walkable to many town of Lake Luzerne attractions and amenities including Rockwell Falls, Sacandaga Outdoor Center (white water rafting), Bend of the River Golf Course, Town tennis and basketball courts, Adirondack Folk School, Luzerne market & liquor store, gas/convenience stores, Lake Luzerne public beach, pharmacy and post office. Horse back riding, hiking, mountain biking, mini golf and zip line park and Painted Pony rodeo within 5 miles as well!

Great place to stay but walk to water was harder than expected. Anyone with mobility issues wouldn't be able to do it

My family and I Loved staying here, we were right on the Hudon River. It was a little Rocky walking down but not too bad. You can go tubing, Kayaking or just enjoy being in the water. The house was the perfect size for the 5 of us, plenty of room. There was a nice deck in the back of the house facing the water I just wish it was covered because it did get hot and two enclosed porches, one on the ground level and one on the second floor. It was located only 20 minutes from Lake George which was perfect. Overall we had a Great stay and would definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood is tired. There's a very run down home across the street that was a bit uncomfortable. The house was clean, but again, a bit tired. The lawn furniture really needs to be updated. No reason for such run down pieces. It's a walk down a hill to the river. It's not right on the water as we expected. We got what we paid for. We had a nice time, but we spent most of our time away from the property.
