This condo was a quiet getaway. The facility was clean and well kept. The condo was clean and good size for 6 people. If you are looking for rest and relaxation, this is a perfect location. It takes about 25 minutes to get to a grocery store so plan accordingly.

We had a wonderful family experience at this condo. The condo itself was gorgeous and clean. Amazing views and well-stocked kitchen. It was a very quiet stay with only a few other families on site. Our only complaint is that the grills on the property were not functioning or only functioned some of the time. The grill in the snack bar worked, so the few families that were there took turns cooking. This worked fine for us and we got to meet nice people, however; if the property is busier this would be a problem, especially since there is no restaurant on the property..

This property is south of Puerto Penesco and is very quite and relaxing. I would recommend shopping for food before you check in as town is 25 minutes away. That means restaurants and super markets are also 25 minutes away. The condo is stocked with decent cooking utensils and pots and pans. There is a restaurant at the Mayan but its very expensive and not very good. We stopped at the docks and picked up fresh fish and shrimp for the weekend.
