Very beautiful, comfortable house "Ca La Lou". On the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Sils, 300 m from the edge of the forest, 22 km from the sea, 22 km from the beach. Private: beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (4 x 3 m, 12 m2, depth 120 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 14.Oct.). Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 9 km, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, railway station "9". Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, walking paths from the house 500 m. Nearby attractions: Waterworld Lloret 21 km, Girona 24 km, Barcelona 86 km, Marinland 32 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Airfield close by 12 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
