It includes three bedrooms with double beds, one with a sea view, and a fourth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a separate kitchen, and a lovely living/dining room opening onto a terrace with beach views.

It is a family resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte where you will find many activities. You can also find shops and restaurants on the beach or on the port. Local markets are organized 3 times a week during the summer period and a craft market is present on the port every Wednesday.
The property is located on the main avenue of Carnon a few meters from the beach, you will have to walk about fifteen minutes to find the port and the shops, or a few minutes by car.
