About this apartment rental
Welcome! This all new 2BR/2BA home is fully renovated and has everything you need for the perfect getaway: a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, heated floors, A/C, fast wifi, cable, BBQ & much more. `The Aspens` is Whistler`s #1 true ski-in/ski-out complex, located directly on the ski hill! There`s a ski valet, 3 hot tubs, pool, fitness centre & secure bike storage. It`s centrally located just above the Upper Village (only a 1 minute walk) & an easy 10 min walk to Whistler Village!
The space
This luxury 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom home is located in The Aspens! It has a view of the ski hill directly from the unit. It`s on the slope side of Blackcomb Mountain and features:
In-Home Features:
- Top floor home (5th floor)
- Heated floors throughout the home
- A private balcony with seating area and private BBQ
- Fast in-home/private wifi & cable
- Fireplace
- A/C (2 portable units, 1 in each bedroom) (June- September)
- A full kitchen, cooking supplies including oils and spices
Bed Configuration for up 6 guests:
- King bed in the master bedroom
- Second bedrooms has four twin XL beds (2 bunk beds)
Building Amenities:
- Ski Valet
- Heated pool (open year round)
- Three outdoor hot tubs (open year round)
- Secure bike storage
- Building Fitness Centre
- Underground parking (pay parking per day)
- Building washer and dryer
There is an underground parkade guest pay a nightly parking fee of $26 per day to the 24/7 front desk. During the ski season, there is also a ski valet. The Aspens has a pool, 3 hot tubs, and secure bike storage. There is also a fitness center and games room.
Getting around/location:
- Step out onto the ski-hill and ski into the building (0 minute walk to ski hill/gondola)
- Easy and short walk to the Upper Village (less than 2-minutes)
- Easy 10 -minute walk to Whistler Village
- Free shuttle bus that is operated by Whistler to take you from right outside the complex to/from Whistler Village or Upper Village if you do not feel like walking
As an additional perk of booking your stay includes a discount on ski & snowboard rentals through our affiliate. Book through our online portal and have your equipment delivered at your chosen time to your accommodation in Whistler. The personal ski concierge will ensure all equipment is a great fit upon delivery. If you need any assistance with your equipment, they offer slope-side service. Returns are picked up at your convenience, ensuring your whole rental experience is hassle-free. Please inquire about this exclusive offer upon booking.

Sebastian was fantastic to deal with — responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is brilliant and exactly why we continue to choose The Aspens.This was our third stay at The Aspens complex, and Sebastian’s apartment is by far the nicest we’ve stayed in. The quality of the finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms is excellent, and everything was very clean and tidy on arrival. It feels well cared for and thoughtfully maintained.As with all of the apartments in this complex, it is quite compact. For a family of four on a ski holiday, storage — particularly for ski gear — is limited, which can make things a little tight. That said, this is consistent with the building rather than specific to this apartment.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely be happy to return again.

The condo had everything we needed for a great family ski vacation. It is a ski in/ski out condo just above the Blackcomb Gondola.
Highly recommended for skiers of all ages and non-skiers for the biggest and best village in North America.
