About this house rental
This is a desert retreat nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the sought after Catalina Foothills. The home is very convenient to several grocery stores, small malls and good restaurants and outdoor activities.
This town home feels more like a private home. It is built into a hillside with properties stacked so that you do not see your adjacent neighbor. You will experience 180 degree views with the nearby Santa Catalina Mountains to the North, a distant ridge to the East and undeveloped desert to the South. The South view also offers evening views of the city of Tucson.
The open one floor level home is light filled with seven skylights and is going through an extensive renovation which included: updated kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, all new appliances, tile floors throughout and updated bathrooms/showers. While the currently photos do not yet capture the recent upgrades, the renovations will be done by mid December 2024 and the photos will be updated at that time.
Enjoy mountain views from a comfortable outdoor area, ideal for coffee at sunrise or unwinding at sunset. Large Community Pool, Hot-tub, Pickle-ball and Tennis one block from the property. We were there two months. The house is spacious, well equipped, and well stocked. It has a nice patio which overlooks Tucson and the mountains. We spent a lot of time out there. Hiking trails of Sabino Canyon are nearby. It is also close to grocery, pharmacy, and hardware stores plus lots of restaurants. And it has a garage. We didn’t use the pool as we were there in January. Our puppy enjoyed having a fenced in yard. Check in and out were easy and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We plan to stay there again.

Outstanding views, nice quiet neighborhood, heated pool and hot tub close by, We especially enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrise each morning.

We were the first renters. We stayed a month. There were a few kinks at first,but the host was easy to contact and had the problems taken care of right away. The space was clean, well -stocked,and spacious. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the views of Tucson and the foothills. There is a nice outdoor space too, but January was too cold for us to enjoy it.
