Please note that if you will be bringing a boat/trailer, etc, that it must be parked behind the gate on the side of the house. Per HOA regulations, it must not be in the street or driveway.

House was as described in the listing. Host was great about communication for check in and quickly responded to us if we had any questions. The amount of extra toilet paper, hand soap, cleaning supplies, paper towels, napkins, laundry soap, etc that were supplied made the trip that much better. Having a stocked home makes the week vacation much more enjoyable so that we didn't have to run to the store to grab those essentials. Would rent the house again if we travel back to Phoenix in the future.

We had the best time at this property. It is really set up for keeping everyone entertained.The house is much larger than the photos made it look. The furnishings and finishes are top notch. We couldn’t have been happier with the place.We’d definitely stay there again.
