Surrounded by Istrian valleys and hills, it is located on a big plot (1600 m2) near Istrian village Kanfanar.
The location of the Villa Terra with pool is ideal for exploring beautiful old towns Porec and Rovinj. Also, small towns scattered around Istrian inland are all within 15 minutes to 1-hour driving distance.

We spent 7 beautiful days in villa Terra Verde and as it turned out it was an excellent choice for our family vacation. Large estate offers lot of space for all kinds of outdoor activities. Along with children playground, basketball and football court you can even play tennis or exercise outdoor. Great concierge service that comes with villa made sure that we did not have a dull moment during an entire stay. They planned our entire itinerary and I highly recommend their service to everyone. We had a great stay and will return again!

Nice villa in Istra. Well equipped for a comfortable vacation. Lots of space for outdoor activities. Just what we needed after a spring lockdown! We highly recommend it.
