A 550 sq ft mountain retreat designed for two, with room for a group of five. The king bedroom sits at the back of the unit away from noise. The living room opens to the private balcony with direct views of the Allegheny Springs heated pool below — a feature guests consistently call out in reviews. A gas fireplace anchors the living area for evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from morning coffee to a full family dinner at the dining table.

• Pets not permitted; certified service animals welcome with prior notice
• No smoking indoors
• Bikes not permitted inside the unit
• Early check-in available for fee pending availability; late check-out not offered
