Welcome to your FULLY FURNISHED home away from home in the heart of Highlands Ranch, just south of Denver. Designed with traveling professionals, relocating families, and anyone seeking a comfortable monthly stay, this spacious two-story home with a finished basement offers 2,330 square feet of thoughtfully arranged living space where you can settle in from day one.
The bright, open main level creates an inviting place to relax after work or spend time with family and friends. The living room features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. At the same time, the dining table comfortably seats eight to ten people and also serves as an excellent workspace for remote professionals. The fully equipped kitchen includes butcher block countertops, generous cabinet storage, and everything you need to prepare meals at home.
With four well-appointed bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, everyone has room to enjoy their own space. The primary suite includes a king bed, two closets, blackout curtains, a ceiling fan, a dresser, two nightstands, and a private ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. Additional bedrooms include a queen bed, a full bed, and a spacious basement bedroom with two queen beds, making the home ideal for groups of up to ten guests. This was a great location for my family. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Wonderful walking path close by and close proximity to shops and restaurants. It was nice to have the bathroom essentials provided along with many kitchen staples. A few cosmetic blemishes, that would not deter us from renting again in the future. A communication with the host, thank you for a great stay.

This was the PERFECT place for us to stay. We used the trail next to the property every day to get to activities. The bedroom:bathroom ratio was perfect, especially since there is a door between the shower and toilet in one of them. It was clean and welcoming. The cul du sac was perfect for our kids to play while we were getting ready. Great communication from host and reasonable check out expectations. Truly can’t say enough great things!

House was located great for us as our time was spent in HRanch and Littleton. Bed was comfortable and dinning area is spacious. Garage space is nice also. We prefer to cook in and the kitchen worked for us but it is in need of an update. We were bummed to not have access to an outdoor grill. 2 bathrooms upstairs is a great feature. We did not use the basement.
