Living room has 2 sleeping Sofa ! Adorable ,clean and updated pool home in a high end neighborhood of Sherman oaks -Los Angeles , located close to the 101 &405 FWY ,Minutes away from Beverly Hills , Disneyland and fashion outlets, Hollywood, 10 min drive from Universal Studios.

Few min from popular Ventura blvd with shops restaurants and night bars .
10 min walk from Sherman oaks Galleria, short drive to Fashion Square mall and the locals secret Lake Balboa and Japanese Gardens!!!
You get the entire private property With a soft water pool , electric gate , front yard and a back yard , park 4 cars inside the gate. and have plenty of parking on the street .
House is great for couples , friend gathering and very family friendly.
Kids under 14 must or special need must be with adult supervision at all time.
This house is the historic house of Ernie. Ernie was one Sherman oaks leaders for revitalize the LosAngeles river - Ernie’s Walk . Kester and Valleyheart( 5 min walk ) there is a walkway on the river and a biking area , in season , you can relax watching birds and listening to water .
House is not new but super cute . If you are looking for new and perfect this is not the one !
Lots of filming in this street so you could maybe touch the stars and don’t forget smile when you drive by ...
So if you are here for the action or to relax you got it all -CASA DE JULIA -swimsuits are optional!!!
No lifeguard on duty and many doors leads to the pool … be advised not to leave kids or special needs without supervision.

Our stay here was such a great time . The house was very cute many things to do . Great location, we were close to the freeway. That made it easy for us to go to The L.A Fair , Santa Monica beach and many more places. My daughter loved the decore for her photo's . We hope to return soon .

My family and I would like to thank Julia and her team for this listing for accommodating us at the last minute due to complications at another VRBO house in the area. She allowed us to check in early to the property, which was very appreciated. We do wish that a cleaner had gone through to sweep, dust, and wipe down surfaces and floors inside the property before we checked in. However, after making the team aware of the cleanliness, Julia and her team quickly delivered additional cleaning supplies that were not in the house. While the house does have enough beds to sleep 10 people, I'd recommend 7-8 people max, as the bunkbed room was very tight. Similar to the inside, the outdoor furniture would have benefited from a dusting, a wipe-down, or a shake before the guest's arrival. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay at this location, and we highly recommend it for small groups of 5-8!
