Beautifully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium that is right around the corner from Village at Mammoth! Hard wood floors, upgraded doors and furnishings. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, TV, DVD, stereo, and cozy wood-burning fireplace. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a sofa sleeper. The complex offers a Jacuzzi, pool (summer only), laundry room and outside parking. The nearest shuttle stop is the yellow line. Enjoy free wireless internet! This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Had everything we needed with a few exceptions. The sofa bed was too thin, to the point you can feel the springs poking through. The hot water for the shower lasted about 8 minutes. Anything longer resulted in a freezing shower at the end. Other than that it was great especially at the price we paid.

Overall we had a fine stay at the condo, but I was underwhelmed compared to other Mammoth properties we have stayed at for the price.
Pros
- Close to the village and canyon lodge
- Sufficient space for a couple and a teenager
- Overall cleanliness was pretty good except some dishwear that looked questionable.
- Adequate parking
Cons:
- The unit is very dark and the lighting is abysmal. The bedroom has one floorlamp with a mix of dim CFL and LED bulbs as well as a broken nightstand lamp that do nothing to brighten up the space.
- Extra linens are haphazardly placed in the closet, some on the shelf and some on the ground. Not sure what was clean and what wasn't.
-Water heater ran out of hot water during a single 5-10 minute shower (repeatedly).
-Dishwasher doesn't work properly
Check-in/check-out process of picking up keys offsite and having to return them offsite is far from convenient.
Overall a decent stay, but the unit is far behind other similarly priced units.
