About this apartment rental
A distinctive balcony flat in the heart of Little Venice. Overlooking a private garden. A tranquil space to rest and enjoy your time in London. Spaced over 2 floors and equipped with everything you need to make you trip perfect. Minutes walk from lovely restaurants, cafes, grocery shops, pharmacy and public transport. The fantastic location make it easy to get to London's world famous West End, Lords Cricket Ground, Kensington Gardens, Notting Hill, Abby Rd recording studio, BBC Maida Vale recording studio and much more!

- Three minutes walk to a black cab stand, Warwick Avenue tube ( Bakerloo Line) and buses

- Very close to Paddington station, which gives direct access to Heathrow via Heathrow Express or Elizabeth Line

- Enhanced thorough cleaning and laundering between each guest

The flat is at the top floor of the building. There is an lift/elevator for most of the way, however the guests will have to walk up two flights of stairs to get in. If anyone has mobility issues the stairs could be challenging and we want to make sure all guests are aware of this before they book.
This designer property will allow you to live like a Londoner. An experience to enjoy by those who have never been to London or a seasoned traveller returning to one of their favourite cities.

We had an amazing stay in London! The hostess was incredibly helpful and made the entire experience seamless. Both the check-in and check-out processes were flawless and hassle-free.The property was exactly as described, and the photos were completely accurate. In fact, we were pleasantly surprised to find that it exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.The location was close to local shops and restaurants, with convenient access to public transportation, making it easy to get around the city.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting London!

Best VRBO I’ve ever stayed at! We have travelled using VRBO for the past 10 years. We have travelled fromCanada to Scotland, Ireland, Wales, England France and I must say this was the best experience yet. We had 3 generations on this trip and with the lift it made it perfect for all ages. Communication is key! It was so nice that Kasia met us and helped us into the flat showing us around the flat. Outstanding! Their guest book had a lot of other information that was also helpful. For a party of 6 it was perfect! Definitely a 5 star VRBO! Well done!

We had a delightful stay in this flat! We were there during a heat wave and the terrace was a lovely, airy place to chill in the evenings. Communication was effortless, and the host helped us check in a bit early. The clothes washer was broken when we arrived, but the host went above and beyond to resolve the situation. Neighborhood is very near the Bakerloo tube stop, and Little Venice is within easy walking distance. If you prefer a quieter street (like we do), this is the perfect spot.

An amazing place to stay for our family! Loved all the attention to detail in the property and from the hosts - clean, hip decorating, easy to check in, accommodating, well stocked. The tube was as extremely accessible, we went to all local restaurants for dinner (Italian, French, Japanese, Indian - 5 stars every time), visited the local pub for a night cap, and loved hanging out on the patio. Would definitely come back to this same property.
