Kevalier Park is a luxurious, spacious and majestic home set within two acres of lawns, trees and hedging. It is also only moments away from Berry town. The property has a heated indoor pool within a separate pool cabana, and comfortably sleeps 14 across six bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Where will I be?
Kevalier Park is located on the western edge of Berry town - a few minutes drive from the main street. Walking to town is also possible and will take around 20 minutes. Kevalier Park is one of about 10 houses on a private cul de sac road. Overall, it has a very central location vis a vis Berry town, but with all the benefits of being in a beautiful, natural setting.

Kevalier Park is one of Berry's most luxurious properties, sleeping up to 14 in total comfort. The house has an indoor pool, gymnasium, wood fire place, air- conditioning, and Wi-Fi. And the large, comfortable living areas are perfectly suited to a relaxed gathering of family and friends. You will never have to leave!
How is the property laid out?
Kevalier Park is a large double storey home with six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
On the ground floor there are double entrance doors that open into a tiled foyer. This level has a formal lounge room, an entertainment room, two dining areas, a gourmet kitchen, and a laundry. There are also two bedrooms on this level - a queen bedroom and a large children's retreat with three single beds and one trundle bed.
The upstairs level has four more bedrooms including the master bedroom with private balcony, king bed, walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom. For the other three bedrooms, there is a three-way style bathroom to share.
The separate pool area incorporates a swimming pool with bar, a home gym, shower and toilet, and a games room with pool table and table tennis.
Wi-Fi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Kevalier Park is set on two acres of manicured park-like ground with lots of places to explore if offers both privacy and security. The property is fully fenced and has two outdoor entertaining areas, one with table, chairs, and a gas BBQ and one with an outdoor lounge setting. There is a private balcony off the master bedroom and also another undercover outdoor area off the kitchen.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Kevalier Park has ducted air-conditioning throughout the house for year round comfort, a combustion fireplace in living room and ceiling fans in most of the bedrooms.
Pool heating
The pool heating system is solar powered. In winter, the system will keep the pool at 22 degrees (approximately), and in summer, it will keep the pool at 28 degrees (approximately). Please also make use of the pool cover mat. It can help significantly to retain warmth in the pool water.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is ample off street, open air parking for four cars on the circular driveway at the front of the house.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. Try to find a carer for your pets, so that you can enjoy this spectacular property, but if that is not possible, please contact us for a list of our pet friendly options.

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights

Overall a wonderful, gorgeous property. Well presented and so very cosy. Two thumbs up. For the sake of a balanced review I've added a couple of things for improvement below.
Great things:
Beautiful property - a grand home with a homely feel. Well designed and flows well throughout. Walking in had so many wow moments.
Living room was a highlight - positioned centrally with access from above and around. Having the sound system and fireplace there really made it such an amazing space.
Kids room was well thought out.
Great amount of entertainment/activities - indoor heated pool, table tennis table, pool table, foosball, netflix, etc
Beautiful garden.
Very short drive to the center of Berry (albeit Berry is a pretty small town).
Things to improve:
- Although the property was really well presented throughout, there were two areas that were unusually unclean:
1) In the kids room if you rolled out the trundle beds that sat beneath the beds, the space underneath was very VERY dusty. We found a vacuum cleaner in the laundry and did some vacuuming ourselves.
2) The seats/cushions in the outdoor sitting area between the house and the pool was quite dirty, and ultimately we decided to avoid it.
- The non-ensuite shower on the second floor might have worked better with some kind of water containment. Although aesthetically nice without a door/curtain/floor barrier, water does splash around which was slightly annoying, and may also cause water damage over time.
