About this house rental
Filled with rolling hills and valleys, this 100 acre property features several kilometers of hiking and mountain biking trails. This unique property was featured in the film "Fly Away Home", and is the location where Bill Lishman raised and imprinted the geese on his ultralight aircraft that inspired the film. The motorhome interior has been completely refinished in wood, with hardwood floor and features a 2 burner propane stove top, refrigerator and microwave, dining room table and master bedroom with a small but functional bathroom. The dining area folds into a double sized bed and the couch converts into two single bunk beds - suitable for children or small adults. Two swiveling captains chairs provide a nice spot for morning coffee. A large screened in porch with eating area with BBQ provides a nice space to relax in a natural setting with no bugs! An outdoor fire pit is available for responsible use.
