Heater functionality is not guaranteed. Refunds will only be issued for pool heating issues beyond our control, No further compensation will be issued.

Please be mindful of all posted parking signs and parking flow throughout the resort. Guests are welcome to park in the driveway, in any of the designated parking bays. Do not block sidewalks/driveways and do not park on the grass. Parking violations may result in towing enforced by Reunion Resort.
Trash Information:
Trash is picked up from the bins outside on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Recycling will be picked up on Wednesdays. - Please ensure only bagged trash goes in the cans outside. Please put the trash bins out by the curb after 6:00pm on Wednesday night and pull it back on Thursday morning after the trash is collected.

9) Accidental Damages - Accidents happen - if anything gets damaged, please notify us right away so we can address it promptly.
10) Towels & Linens - We provide fresh towels and linens for your stay. Do not use towels for makeup removal, self-tanning products, cleaning, or any other purpose that may cause staining or damage. Do not remove any towels or linens from the property. If any towels or linens are found stained or damaged, we will make every effort to clean and restore them. However, if items cannot be returned to their original condition or are missing from the property - a replacement fee will be applied.
11) Excessive Trash - Please help us keep the home clean and comfortable by managing the trash disposal during your stay. Trash should be taken out on the scheduled collection days - the trash collection days are listed above. Excessive garbage, food waste, or mess left at the property beyond what is considered reasonable will incur additional cleaning or disposal fees.

Guest acknowledges that the vacation property includes a swimming pool and that use of the pool and surrounding areas involves inherent risks, including injury or drowning.
Guest agrees that use of the pool is entirely at their own risk and accepts full responsibility for the safety and supervision of all members of their party and any visitors, especially children.
Guest agrees to release and hold harmless the property owner, property manager, and their agents from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the pool or pool area during the stay.

The house was perfect and exactly as listed. It came with great kit of starter supplies so we didn’t have to run to a shopping centre first day. Home was spacious and clean, and the beds were SO COMFY. The only glitch we had was that the pool heat was unreliable. Property management was responsive and seemed to fix it each time but then it would start to warm and break again. They promptly refunded our pool heat payment and apologized. We would 100% book this house again in a heart beat. Location was perfect, the neighborhood was quiet and it backs onto a nice green space. 10/10 (pending pool heater repair) ;-)

The home is absolutely beautiful. It was fully equipped with everything you will need. It is conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend staying here for a family vacation.

Lovely villa with next to nothing to fault. The property was very clean and the decor was modern, relaxing and inviting. All the bedrooms were huge with their own bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool is small but then we knew that before arrival.
The only minor issue was the pool had quite rough coating on its base that a couple of our kids scratched their feet on. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great layout for a vacation house.
Unfortunately, quite disappointed that we asked for the pool to be heated before our arrival and the rental agency did not follow the directions they promised to execute.
Lost an entire day with the pool which was really the only day we had to use it since we had 6 straight days of parks after the first day. They did offer a single day refund but that didn't really make up for the inconvenience.
Then the pool and hot tub stopped functioning again 2 days later because they didn't let us know that the water level would drop drastically from the heating that it would need refilled.
Communication on the pool and hot tub could have been much better and they could have let us know if the water level dropped from the heating that it would require topped off and where to find the hose. Lost another 2 nights of hot tub usage because when the water level drops the heat from the jets no longer works so we thought the hot tub was broken and had to chase to get it sorted out.
The rental agency did not offer to credit any additional days of cost of the 2nd and 3rd day of lost usage of hot tub time.
The house was clean-ish... there was long brown hair on the bed sheets in one of the rooms which made us question if the sheets were changed.
The carpet felt like it was sticky; probably too much cleaning and not enough extraction to remove soap I would guess.
A phone call (not texts) from the management company and better cleaning would help.
