Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

This may be one of our favorite VRBOs yet! It was very clean and well-stocked, from soaps, shampoos and bath gels, to 4 different ways to make coffee! They even already had some cooking spices (which we usually spend too much money on each trip, so this was much appreciated). Some bathroom floors are heated, and there was plenty of firewood on the back porch should you want to enjoy a fire. The washer and drier are full-sized with laundry detergent pods available. There were multiple streaming services, and we were able to sync our Amazon account to watch Thursday Night Football. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the East Vail bus stop, and just one stop away from the Village. Word to the wise, take the Aspen Lane stop on the way back and walk a couple of extra minutes; it'll save you about 30 minutes on the bus ride back. We loved this condo!

We is loved getting away from the hustle and bustle of Vail and this was the perfect location. Very clean and well laid out for its size. This property fit our needs perfectly. Would definitely come back again.

The property was lovely very well equipped kitchen nice bathrooms with heated floors and great dining area. It’s not however on a creek or at the base of the mountain those are .3-.5 miles away. You have pretty views but there is a lot of freeway noise.

We stayed at this rental for a wedding in Vail and had a great time. The property was as described in the ad and was large enough for 6 adults. It is a short car or bus ride from downtown. The owner was very responsive to my questions and the details were well organized. Thanks!
